    I definitely feel that your diet and eating less animal protein is key! Derek and have been eating less meat and more leafy veggies and grains and I have noticed a huge difference with my digestive system and in my overall vibe day to day.
    I also love the meditation idea! Nothing is more important than YOU. Taking those few minutes to quiet your mind body and soul are everything!!!

    I know I used to think meditation was such a hokey thing, but it really works. On days I don’t make time to do it I feel so off!
